Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has delivered an unexpected side dish of celebrities attempting to make us all feel better. From Gal Gadot’s compilation of ‘Imagine’ to Liam Gallagher’s ‘Champagne Supernova’ (which was actually quite funny) there has been no shortage of corona-related celeb content. Pitbull is the latest to enter the ring as he previewed his new track on social media.
The Grammy-winning artist filmed the preview in Miami and did appear to be fully socially distanced. The new empowering tune is called ‘I Believe We Will Win’ and there’s no word on a release date yet. However, you can hear a brief excerpt of the song by watching the below clip.
Let’s show the world, how powerful it is when we come together to fight for one cause – that’s called life (I Believe We Will Win). pic.twitter.com/tyDTYDrYSr

Pitbull credits Miami for teaching ‘him how to fight’ and states he wants to give that sense ‘to everybody in the world.’ He echoes the sense of community that many have noticed since the outbreak of the pandemic by noting how ‘powerful’ it is when we come together.
This is a cool thing for Pitbull to do but the real difference in this crisis is being made by health workers, social care workers and supermarket employees amongst others. Whilst we all need a soundtrack to our lives and this sounds like it will be an uplifting tune it’s important to not forget the difference so many are making who aren’t household names.
