The arrival of summer this year is concurrent with something else – the rise of house music.

House music has solidified itself as a genre for decades, constantly transforming and reinventing itself. Lately, house artists and DJs are rising into the mainstream, making up many of the music industry’s largest musicians and performers. Whether it was the high-energy performances of John Summit and Disco Lines going viral or everyone you know deciding to learn how to DJ, house music is everywhere.

As the weather gets warmer, summer calls for dancing, spending time with loved ones and feeling a certain euphoria synonymous with the season. And there is no better way to bring all these together than house music. The versatile genre offers several new releases of various sub-genres. Get ready to dance until the sun comes up this summer with these ten brand-new house songs.

1) Talk To You, ANOTR & 54 Ultra

Effortlessly blending disco into house music like other EDM artists today, ANOTR’s latest hit is the perfect summer song. With its bouncy instrumentals and breathless vocals, “Talk To You” is the ultimate summer house anthem.

The Dutch duo’s single has skyrocketed in popularity since its release this March, climbing both national and global charts. On Ibiza’s opening summer weekend, viral videos showed clubs’ crowds partying until 6:30 a.m. to sing the lyrics “I want to see you move.”

ANOTR shared a video on TikTok detailing the creation process. He captioned it “5 complete strangers in the studio – this is the result.” The video features the house song’s collaborators on a retreat in a studio in upstate New York. They sing layered vocals, try out guitar riffs, script different lyrics, and dance together to the final product.

One thing remains clear — the house track’s danceability and feel-good summer quality is palpable.

2) Free Your Mind, Prospa & Cloonee

Looking to let go and free your mind this summer? Prospa and Cloonee have your back.

Prospa is an English electronic music duo featuring Harvey Blumler and Guiorgi “Gosha” Smith. Both Blumler and Smith originally experimented with sounds from many different genres before finding a love for house music. Cloonee is also well-known in the tech-house scene as both a DJ and producer.

On “Free Your Mind,” the musicians collaborate to create a high-energy, bass-thumping house song. It immediately gained traction among house music fans, and Prospa’s admirable performance at 2026 Coachella had the whole crowd moving as well.

If you’re looking for something high-energy to immediately pick your mood up this summer, “Free Your Mind” is for you.

3) Closure, D.O.D & Hayley May

If you ever find yourself missing the upbeat, tropical house of the 2010s, look no further – D.O.D and Hayley May are bringing back the ambiance with “Closure.”

D.O.D is a British DJ and producer best known for his contemporary style of house music and repetitive, hypnotic melodies. In 2021, he was featured in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs. Similarly, Hayley May has garnered millions of streams on her songs and features with her soulful voice.

“Closure” contains all the elements of a good tropical house song, from summery bouncing keyboard chords to soulful lyrics that emanate a sense of wistful longing. May sings about a tumultuous love affair where she can’t tell what her partner wants. These melancholy lyrics, paired with D.O.D’s signature immersive production, make for the perfect song.

Whether you, too, are experiencing an unclear summer fling or are just looking to dance, choose “Closure” this summer.

4) Body, Lance Savali

Considering the way Lance Savali creates irresistibly danceable tracks, you would never guess music isn’t his primary career.

Hailing from New Zealand, Savali is primarily a dancer and choreographer. He had worked with major pop stars like Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna. He was even infamously fired from Madonna’s tour for his astrological sign, as Madonna reportedly relayed to Savali that she didn’t trust Scorpios. In addition to dance, he has appeared on television on shows like New Zealand’s “Dancing with the Stars” and RuPaul’s “Drag Race Down Under.”

Given his background in dance and choreography, it is no wonder Savali knows how to make hypnotically rhythmic tracks that just make you want to dance. He effortlessly blends all the best aspects of classic house music with modern spins. Last year, Savali’s song “Devotion” went viral on TikTok, even sparking a dance trend alongside it. Now, his latest single “Body” continues the same high-energy rhythms and perfectly chopped vocals.

5) car crash, jigitz & Charlotte Plank

Though it is at its core a dance house, “car crash” feels like an indie sleaze coming-of-age song as well. Charlotte Plank’s emotional vocals about a painful love affair, paired with jigitz’s repetitive, ambient synths, make for a classic youthful summer anthem.

Though he has been releasing music since 2018, electronic artist jigitz suddenly gained traction last year with his hit song “tell you straight.” Since then, he has garnered over two million monthly listeners and performed alongside artists like BUNT in concert. He even took part in an underground show with fellow New York City-based DJs INJI and bdgrlbklyn last fall. Additionally, Plank has found massive success in the world of electronic music. She has created her own music, attracting millions of listeners, and has featured on other artists’ famous tracks, such as NOTION’s “TEMPORARY FRIENDS.”

For those looking for a nostalgic, melancholic track to dance to, “car crash” is for you.

6) Himalaya, camoufly

“Himalaya” brings a transcendental, breezy, upbeat sound to today’s house music scene.

Camoufly, a mysterious yet ever-talented electronic artist, delivers an energetic sound that’s bound to keep the dance floor on its feet. The mask-wearing artist has been taking the industry by storm. His house track “Always” garnered millions of listens, he has performed at clubs worldwide, and he was even offered to open for Fred Again after initially just asking for tickets to see the show.

If you like high BPM and never-ending energy, camoufly’s “Himalaya” is for you.

7) i need u, BUNT. & Malou

German “stutter house” artist BUNT brings a romantic, summery feel to house music with “i need u.” A trailblazer of the genre alongside artists like Fred Again and it’s murph, BUNT contrasts Malou’s smooth vocals with wavering synths to transport listeners to an otherworldly musical landscape.

BUNT was deemed an “EDM Superstar” in “Rolling Stone”’s Future 25 List this year. After playing 161 shows in 2025, he now has over 100 tour dates across the world this year. BUNT just debuted at Coachella last month and is set to perform at Lollapalooza, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas and even a Las Vegas residency at Wynn.

Malou is a Germany-based singer and songwriter who has previously collaborated with house music legends Diplo, John Summit, Hugel and more. She is currently working on her own project that is set to come out soon.

In an interview about his inspiration for “i need u,” BUNT described how he came up with the idea for the song on an overnight flight. “I remember looking outside, seeing just pure darkness, but it wasn’t scary. It felt so peaceful,” he said.

Bunt means colorful in German — for those looking for a vibrant, euphoric sound, “i need u” is the song of the summer.

8. Cops & Robbers – Douvelle19 Remix, Sammy Virji & Skepta & Douvelle19

Sammy Virji’s latest hit samples Brandy’s “I Wanna Be Down” to create a chill, catchy house anthem. Virji pairs Skepta’s rhythmic flow and Brandy’s infectious melody with flawless production to create a high-energy, danceable hit.

Sammy Virji is an English DJ and producer. Though he grew up with diverse music tastes, loving everything from Motown to dubstep, he found his sound in bassline and U.K. garage music. After dropping out of university to pursue his music career, he found massive success. He is currently one of the United Kingdom’s most successful electronic artists and is touring North America.

Nigerian rapper Skepta is also incredibly successful, both releasing his own music and collaborating with massive artists such as Playboi Carti and Fred Again. His feature on Fred Again’s “Victory Lap” garnered over 200 million streams, establishing his versatility and range as he raps flawlessly over any beat, no matter the genre.

Douvelle19 is a Welsh producer who began his music career by asking strangers on Myspace how to make music. In his remix of Cops & Robbers, he transforms the song by enhancing its euphoric, romantic quality. “Dance music is very emotive and elicits a physical vulnerability and excitement, and I think love songs talk about that, in a different way. Harmonizing those two things together makes perfect sense to me,” Douvelle19 said in an interview with UKF.

Douvelle19’s sentiment goes hand in hand with Virji’s radical optimism, seen in both his music and performances. By pooling their talents, Virji, Skepta, and Douvelle19 are bringing back old school house, highlighting the United Kingdom’s deep roots in the genre and emanating its euphoric quality.

9) Fawning, MEVSNEWGROOVE

MEVSNEWGROOVE released her first song, “Fawning,” on Jan. 26. “Fawning” seamlessly blends house music with funk and R&B, perhaps drawing inspiration from other genre-bending artists like Kaytranada.

MEVSNEWGROOVE made the entirety of the song in her bedroom, a testament to how anyone today can be their own producer. She stayed up until the late hours of the morning to complete the project using only BandLab, Apple headphones, and a sock microphone.

This unique subgenre of house music has been on the rise lately. For example, artists like Kaytranada and Austin Millz gained large fan bases for the way they mix elements of R&B into house music. MEVSNEWGROOVE’s experimental sound is groovy and hypnotic, enticing the listener to dance the night away to the syncopated rhythms.

10) XTC, Cloonee & Jocelyn Enriquez

Want to feel a little ecstasy this summer? Cloone is bringing the energy with his remix of dance pop singer Jocelyn Enriquez’s 1997 hit “A Little Bit of Ecstasy.”

Cloonee effortlessly blends Enriquez’s timeless house hit with a new techno feel, emulating a catchy melody that’s bound to be stuck in your head all summer. Cloonee isolates Enriquez’s vocals during the buildup, creating tension and an intense focus on her honeylike voice. When the beat drops, he loops her vocals over a high-energy bassline and fast-paced percussion, making dancing to the track irresistible.

The British DJ and producer’s artist name “Cloonee” comes from his childhood trips with his grandfather, where they would go fishing at Cloone Lake in Ireland. Cloonee now has over 8 million monthly listeners and even runs his own imprint, Hellbent Records. At Hellbent Records, he houses his own unreleased tracks and music from up-and-coming small artists.

Enriquez is known as San Francisco’s “Queen of Freestyle” and played a large part in bringing dance music mainstream during the ’90s. She even toured with major artists such as Destiny’s Child, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and Brandy.

According to Cloonee, he spends hours surfing through SoundCloud to discover new music from small artists. He also often goes through bigger artists’ profiles to see what musicians they follow and what songs they have liked.

It’s clear that this practice has inspired Cloonee’s own unique, carefully curated sound. If you’re looking for an inventive take on a classic hit, “XTC” is for you.
