Sami Zayn has been the focus of the WWE Universe for the last five months or so. He isn’t the greatest celebrity in the current Bloodline saga, that honor belongs to Roman Reigns, but the faction’s reign has achieved more for The Honorary Uce than anybody else. Solo Sikoa has a case to be made. After all, he had been brought to the main roster to assist the group. WWE fans will cherish the latest Trial of Sami Zayn as one of the finest Raw segments ever, as Triple H has constructed one of the best long-term stories in recent memory.

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long praised Sami Zayn in a brief interview with Sportskeeda’sWrestleBinge. He also disclosed what he told Sami Zayn backstage at the Raw XXX Anniversary event last Monday.” I grabbed Sami to the side and told him, ‘Brother, you got it. ‘You’ve got it.’ I said I wouldn’t blow smoke up your ass; I don’t do that. If I draw you aside and tell you anything, it’s because I see something. I stated that I didn’t see that personality in you. I notice Sami Zayn. You’re yourself, and that makes everything better. I told him last night that Sami will be the next big superstar.”

While Long may have put the nail on the head when he declared Sami Zayn is a star in the making, something else he mentioned during his interview on WrestleBinge was as fascinating. Teddy said a match between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn would be too soon. However, it’s impossible to think what else WWE might do to make this battle any more exciting than it already is.
