It’s a monstrous understatement to say that Kanye West has said and done some controversial things in his career.
No doubt about it; his comments were astoundingly ignorant and asinine, and no one can deny that the sequence of events starting with the uproar he caused when meeting with and later supporting President Donald Trump, now coinciding with his latest “slavery was a choice” comments, have surely created the perfect media sh*t storm that has Kanye targeted as public enemy #1.
