A video has been uploaded to YouTube of the Shinkansen Bullet passing through a station in Japan. The train speeds past at an impressive 200MPH through the station and the snow that has settled on it!
The Shinkansen Bullet is the fastest way for travellers to explore Japan! These trains are incredibly fast and have been operating in Japan since 1964! Its high speeds earned the Shinkansen the nickname of ‘The Bullet Train’ due to its incredible speeds and the trains are now a recognisable sight across the country.
The Shinkansen is certainly incredible to watch, even just in a video, but it is even more amazing to be one of the one thousand passengers that each train can accommodate. The journey is surprisingly smooth and can take passengers from Tokyo to Hakata in just five hours, which is amazing considering the two cities are over 670 miles apart.
