These Floridians make the most of Summer 2020 by taking on turbulent waters at the Haulover Inlet.
A difficult route for boaters to cross, the Haulover Inlet in Florida is a man-made channel connecting the Biscayne Bay with the Atlantic Ocean.
Boaters are warned when crossing the channel that the tide can suck you in and, combined with the current, make you confused about your speed, according to the Haulover website.
This can ’cause you to lose control and hit the rocks, run aground, or even sink your vessel!’
But for anyone looking for an adrenaline rush, speeding through the channel is seen as a challenge. Hold on tight and watch as these boats crash over seriously choppy waves.
Clinging on for dear life was clearly not enough however, as one person is flung off the side of a boat and into the water towards the end of the video.
Soon after, a friend jumps overboard to help. Thankfully they are both rescued by two heroic men on jet skis.
These boaters are not the only ones who fancied a splash, watch pro surfer Zac Haynes-Love take on the biggest waves on earth.
