Police Are Looking for a Man Leaving Large Amounts of Cash in Random Peoples’ Mailboxes

What a fun surprise!

News has been going around of a random man going around in Frome, Somerset, and leaving money in people’s doors/letterboxes. As this is a kind act, authorities are also viewing it as suspicious. We are not sure of the amount of money being left in each incident, but the police want to speak to the man and find out his reasoning behind it. 

Check out this statement from the Frome Neighbourhood Policing Team:

Frome Neighbourhood Policing Team have received reports of a male posting sums of  money and letters through doors in the community.

We are keen to speak to this male and ascertain the reasoning behind this act. 

People are asked to reach out to the police if they know anymore more information. Many are seeing this gesture as a random act of kindness and applaud the kind move.
