Domino’s new pizza brings the best part of a night out (the greasy scran) to our homes.

We’ve all been there, at the end of a heavy night out clutching a greasy doner kebab as we try and clamber into a taxi. But since the pandemic hit, nights out seem like a long lost dream. Gone are the days of drinking ourselves silly in dirty clubs before we get ourselves some much-needed food before we drag ourselves home. And the famous doner has been the pinnacle of ‘end of the night’ food in the UK for decades.

But if you miss those days, then fear not, as Domino’s has come along to save us all with a new beef doner pizza. The chefs over at Domino’s have wracked their brains to bring you the 4am treat right to your living room – so you can now start to embrace an evening in.

Using their classic fresh pizza dough base, and signature vine ripened tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, they’ve added succulent beef doner slices, freshly chopped tomatoes and crunchy red onion. To add a fiery kick, they’ve finished it off with a delicious drizzle of Frank’s RedHot sauce.

The new pizza will be available to order across 1200 stores in the UK and Ireland from November 16th.

Domino’s Director of the doner creation, Josh Engleman, said: We’ve gone and done it again. First the Cheeseburger and now the Beef Doner.

“We all miss tucking into our favourite post-night-out treat but whilst we’re all hunkering down in the wintery evenings, you can always trust Domino’s to deliver the party spirit with our delicious new pizza.”

He also added, that no doner is complete without a bit of garlic sauce, and Domino’s have the answer to that in the form of their garlic and herb dip which comes with every pizza.

Joining the Beef Doner on the limited edition menu, is the new Chocolate Orange Cookies with a melt-in-the-middle centre. The new festive edition will only be available for a short period of time, so get them whilst you can on the Domino’s website.

If your interested in seeing whether Domino’s have nailed the authentic doner meat taste, or you’re curious as to whether two classic UK takeaway dishes actually work together, or if you just really miss nights out, then definitely check this pizza out!
