In one of the more obscure stories of the week, a mammoth joint has been sold by Los Angeles based Cannabis company Stone Road Farms at a charity auction for $24,000!
The joint itself weighed in at 1.5 pounds and was 30 inches long. However, if this story couldn’t get any stranger, all of the money raised from the auction was given to charity. In terms of what was actually in the creation, there was more than a pound of weed, six ounces of concentrate and two ounces of bubble hash. I’m not a smoker myself, but that description alone is almost getting me high!

To top it all off, the joint was wrapped in 24-karat-gold leaf, which is worth $5000 alone. Baffled.
The charity that the auction was raising money for was the African Wildlife Foundation, which was ironically celebrated by the joint being shaped like an Elephants tusk. Here’s what Stone Road founder Lex Corwin had to say: “They’re training German shepherds to chase after poachers, and that’s definitely something we want to be a part of.”
The internet never ceases to amaze me. Good luck smoking that, whoever bought it.
PLOT TWIST. Bad news weed smokers, apparently it’s still bad for you.
