Which Grishaverse books is Shadow and Bone season 2 based on?

Entertainment Weekly states that Shadow and Bone season 2 is going to feature and adapt events from both the second and third books of the trilogy series.

So, viewers will need to read up on Siege and Storm and Ruin and Rising before the premiere of the next season. Parts from Six of Crows will also be utilized once again to describe the Crow’s story in the second season.

Book readers will supposedly be aware of the fact that this is the case as the new character Wylan Hendriks, depicted by actor Jack Wolfe, has already been declared as part of season 2. Showrunners Eric Heisserer and Daegan Fryklind informed EW that the central plot from the Six of Crows novel will not be utilized in season 2 because that story needs its own time and the show has a “bigger ambition for it.”
