The Calling follows Detective Avraham Avraham (no, that is not a typo). Avraham is a spiritual man filled with empathy for his victims, and this is far from the type of detective we’re used to.
The problem for Avraham is that the latest case is weighing him down, making him question his humanity; he will need everyone on his side if he wants to get through it.

Is The Calling on Netflix?
Unfortunately, There is some bad news for you. This is not a Netflix show, and you can’t watch The Calling on Netflix.
As a Peacock original series, the series is available on Peacock. It’s highly unlikely that we’ll see it on Netflix. For the two platforms to join their content, something would need to happen to Peacock or Netflix. While Peacock is still on the newer side, it’s growing in popularity, and there’s no reason to worry about it.
Of course, agreements can happen. STARZ has brought one of its top dramas, Outlander, to Netflix. We’ll keep an eye on what’s to come in the future.
