In the fifth season of Virgin River, Mel and Jack are about to live together for the first time as a family. However, a paternity bombshell threatens to turn their worlds upside down after the shocking season 4 finale.
The past two seasons’ release coincided with the fall, but because filming has started, we’ve begun to learn more about what season 5 entails.
Virgin River season 5 is not expected to be released on Netflix in October 2020. The cast and crew are still filming the episodes, but they have released some information about the show.

As of October 2022, the cast and crew are in production for Virgin River Season 5. Production will last until November, while they lastly release it in the summer of 2023.
Virgin River celebrated in style for the 50th episode of their show with a party on set. The show is currently airing it’s 5th season, with the 50th episode being the 8th show in that season. We can’t wait to see what big event happens to celebrate the milestone.
