‘I Came By’: Babak Anvari’s Neo-Thriller to Arrive on Netflix in August 2022

Hugh Bonneville is playing an incredible role in Netflix’s upcoming neo-thriller, I Came By, which is supposed to be released in late August 2022.

Netflix’s ‘I Came By’ will be directed by BAFTA winner Babak Anvari. He is known for directing projects like Under the Shadow, Monster land, and Wounds. Anvari will co-write the movie with Namsi Khan who has worked on such productions as His Dark Materials, Domina, and Humans.

The project was developed by Film4 and New Regency. They are also supposed to produce this project alongside XYZ. XYZ brokered the deal on behalf of the filmmakers.

The project is part of Netflix’s massive push into UK production. This includes the creation of an enormous new creative hub in the form of Shepperton Studios. Fiona Lamptey spoke about Netflix’s efforts in this region in August. She said, “Scope and ambition is my topline strategy for the UK.”

It was confirmed through the official press release, and the release of the trailer that I Came By will be released globally on Wednesday, August 31st, 2022.
