Katherine Center’s fifth novel Happiness For Beginners, is turning out to be a Netflix Originals starring Ellie Kemper and Luke Grimes in the lead role. This article covers everything you need to know, including the cast, synopsis, and more. 

Vicky Wright directed Happiness For Beginners is penned on Center’s novel. And this is the second official collaboration of Katherine Center and Vicky Wright. Wright has also directed the film adaption of Katherine Center’s 2013 novel The Lost Husband, a romantic drama starring Josh Duhamel and Leslie Bibb. 

The author of the novel will be serving as executive producer on Happiness for Beginners. This is also in news that Center’s 2019 novel Things You Save in the Fire is also in the direction for a series with FBI’s Missy Peregrym. 

Happiness For Beginners Release Updates

Netflix has not announced the official release date for the Ellie Kemper starring yet. News and updates hint that the release of this series might be mid-summer 2023.

Happiness For Beginners Synopsis

Kemper playing the role of Hannah is a divorced woman looking to push past her comfort zone and explore new things in life with unknown risks now that she is single. The story then turns interesting when she signs up for a survival course that sounds like the perfect way for Hannah, meets new people, and falls in love once again.

Netflix has not released a trailer for the series yet; it is rumored that the trailer may be out in the coming week.
