Are you ready to travel back to the 1900s? The next series in the Yellowstone franchise is on its way to Paramount+ in the western drama,1923. When will the second episode of the series premiere on paramount +?

Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren headline 1923 as Jacob Dutton and Cara, the matriarch and patriarch of the Dutton family and leaders of the Yellowstone ranch. In relation to Kevin Costner’s John Dutton III on Yellowstone, Jacob and cara are great-great-grand-uncle and John’s great-great-grand-aunt.

1923 will cover a challenging time in Montana as the Duttons battle Western expansion and new threats to their ranch, including the wealthy businessman Donald Whitfield. The Duttons also have to deal with the repercussions of the Prohibition and Great Depression.

Like most Taylor Sheridan shows, 1923 features an impressive ensemble that includes James Badge Dale, Darren Mann, Sebastian Roché, Brian Geraghty, Marley Shelton, Michelle Randolph, Jennifer Ehle, Robert Patrick, and Jerome Flynn

1923 marks the third series in the Yellowstone universe behind 1883 and Yellowstone. There is also another spinoff, 6666, headed to Paramount Network sometime in 2023.

When is the first episode of 1923 season 1 on Paramount+?

The second episode of 1923 season 1 will air in two weeks on Paramount+ on Jan. 1, 2023.
