While Elon Musk is in fact 49 years old, he seems to look a lot younger now than he did years ago. This video from a 1999 interview shows how much older he used to look:
Elon Musk says in his clip that people see him purchasing an expensive car is him being an ‘imperialistic brat’. The interviewer then asks, “And are you?” to which Musk responds:
“No I’d say I’m not...
“Or at least it’s not consistent with the rest of my behavior.”
After receiving his million dollar car, Musk had this to say:
“Back in ’95, there weren’t very many people on the internet, and certainly nobody was making any money at all.
“Most people thought the internet was going to be a fad. This is definitely very cool.”
Not too long ago, Elon Musk took time way from his regular social media content and posted a photo of himself with his then nine-month-old baby X Æ A-12, or X Æ A-Xii. The post received almost half a million likes, 17,000 retweets and many comments. The caption reads: “The Second Last Kingdom.”
The entrepreneur/ CEO welcomed his son back in May with his girlfriend singer, Grimes. This was an odd pair according to some, but somehow their relationship makes sense. The naming of their son X Æ A-Xii, certainly confirms that this was definitely a perfect match.
The pair went on to explain where the name came from. This is was Grimes had to say:
“First of all, my partner is the one who, mostly, actually came up with the name. I mean it’s just X, the letter X.
“And then the Æ is, like, pronounced ‘ash’ … yeah… and then A-12 is my contribution.”
When asked about what they ultimately ended up changing the name to on her instagram account, the Canadian popstar replied:
“X Æ A-Xii.”
