Well, Bieber has made it no secret in recent years that his religion is of high importance to him, and whether they like it not, Bieber is sharing this love with the inmates of an LA prison.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old visited a Californian state prison in Los Angeles this week, to ‘spread the word of God.’

After he and his wife Hailey returned from their holiday in the Bahamas, conveniently forgetting about the worldwide pandemic that’s going on, Biebs headed for the prison to inform its inmates of God’s omnipresence. When at the California State Prison of LA county, questions were asked as to what his intentions were.

Bieber is no stranger to prison himself. He was arrested back in Miami in 2014, for ‘drag racing’ and spent 24 hours in a cell. Bieber has always claimed that he targeted by fame chasing cops, however.

When talking about his own brief stint in jail, it’s clear that it was probably very different from people’s experience…

It’s freezing; it’s uncomfortable; there are people in there you just don’t want to be around. I had people who were yelling at me. They were saying, “Bieber! We (expletive) with you, bro! We love you! Aye! Keep your head up, bro!”

Guess you can’t even escape Beliebers, even when you’re locked up…

A rep for the CDCR told a TMZ reporter that the warden of the state prison signed off on a brief visit for him and his pastor to support faith-based programs. Covid protocols were supposedly followed allegedly too. Although there is no mention of what actually happened inside, it has been reported that the visit was a success for both Bieber and the inmates.

Bieber has gone through a very public religious transformation over the past few years, which has been documented through his social media.

This is one guy Biebs didn’t get to preach to though…
