Many young cast members gained the spotlight after the premiere of Netflix’s original teen comedy series Never Have I Ever in 2020. Of course, the hunky Paxton Hall-Yoshida’s portrayer Darren Barnet became a breakout heartthrob.
Darren Barnet appeared on the scene in Never Have I Ever as a fresh face. He also worked in episodes of Criminal Minds, S.W.A.T., and This Is Us.
Although Darren Barnet portrays a teenager onscreen, he’s 31 years old in real life.
Although Barnet has confirmed nothing about their relationship status, he appears to have quietly broken up with actress Mikaela Hoover. The pair previously used to share photos of each other on Instagram. However, after the release of Love Hard, it seems as though the actors have split.
Mikaela Hoover has worked in episodes of popular television shows such as Happy Endings, How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, and Lucifer. She also starred in Netflix rom-com Holidate, The Suicide Squad, and Love Hard(alongside Nina Dobrev and Barnet.)
The fans will see Darren Barnet back in action as Paxton in Never Have I Ever season 3 as Daxton finally sets sail. The actor isn’t currently dating any of his co-stars, but the cast members are close to what we see during the promotions.
