Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Tops UK Gaming Charts

Nostalgic anyone?

Who remembers Crash Bandicoot? Scratch that, who doesn’t remember Crash Bandicoot? Not 90s kids, that’s for sure. Particularly 90s gamers. Well, guess what? The classic Activision game is making a comeback with a remastered collection of the original Crash Bandicoot Trilogy, dubbed Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy.

The trilogy debuted at the No. 1 spot in sales, taking the top spot in the UK, which is pretty good news for those fans hoping for a sequel in the future. It beat out fellow release Micro Machines and knocked GTA 5 off the top of the charts. If you’re hoping to pick up a copy for yourself, good luck. It’s pretty much sold out at many UK retailers, such GAME, Tesco, and ASDA.

But the big question is How does the remastered version compare to the originals? YouTube channel Gameranx posted a video last week reviewing the trilogy, checking out the changes and if it’s worth the price in the end. Before you purchase the game yourself, you may want to see what you’re getting into. Apparently it’s harder than the originals. Hmm that in and of itself seems like incentive actually…

But you decide! See the video for yourself here:

So what do you think? Feeling up to some 90s gaming nostalgia? Looking forward to a potential sequel? So are we!
